It offers the highest DPS in the game as well as a fast, reliable moveset that will easily break the limbs of bosses. Rakuyo. Stupidly OP. Rakuyo has no strength scaling at all, only skill. My personal favorite is the Saif. It leans toward skill but is still a quality weapon with decent strength scaling as well. There are a decent amount of quality weapons tho. The saw twins, the beast cutter, the stake driver, just to name a few.
